   @herbert-4 Need to be an expert to distinguish photo KTM 125 CX from 65 CX. At first need the right to second to none. In Russia, according to the rules all mopeds with engine capacity of more than 50 cubes are considered motorcycles and need rights.    In US, 50cc or >5hp is motorcycle, 49cc or <5hp = moped, last I knew... I think that KTM is a 250. @alexkon
