Here is the Rolleiflex 3.5f, the best TLR ever, and the first camera I bought with my own money. Here is a saga of adventure, danger, and near tragedy brought on by adolescent stupidity, meanness, and automatically following the lead of your "Moe" (think of the social dynamic of "The Three Stooges"). With a great camera comes great responsibility!

Here's the Iskra, a particularly well made Russian 120 folder from 1960. This may be one of the best Soviet cameras ever made! It seems to have been based on the Agfa Isolette II.

Here's the Zeiss Ikon Tenax I, possibly the cutest camera in the world!! If you're a cutie of whatever species or gender out there, you're going to love this camera!! It will match you!!

Recently I fount a box of slides, lost since 1979, of how to make a Baklava, for a class in Public Speaking, taken for college credit. The camera and lens they were taken with were remarkable, a Canon VT with a 5cm Zunow f/1.1 lens! The camera and lens are lost. I loaned them to someone who moved away.

I recently scored a really cool little zone focus plastic camera at the Sun Thrift charity shop in Sunland, CA. It's an Olympus AM-100.

This was the FED, affectionately called the Fedka, the first Soviet 35mm, called now the FED1. It is a Leica IId without a large capital investment.

Located in La Crescenta, California, this is a very pretty spot to visit and photograph, and is also the beginning of several hiking trails, that, if you have the youth and stamina, will take you halfway into space. The trails starting here intersect with trails going deep into the San Gabriel Mountains. Maps and preparation required.

Here we have a US Navy Beseler Topcon Super D. If you can find any version of this camera, from the Topcon RE Super to the Topcon Super Dm (last version) at anything resembling a reasonable price, buy it immediately! It doesn't get any better than this!
