Noisy, filthy, with water spills in the roof of the room (the french sense of humour in these circumstances is pretty good: we got the mineral water from the mini bar free of charge to compensate the inconvenience... so nice!), the absolute french charm... The breakfast on the terrasse was the only good aspect of the place...
