  • Journal Pages with Sketches of Cameras

I make strange books, and fill them up with random drawings and writings and I carry them every where along with my cameras. Here are a few pages with some of my camera drawings on them.

This is a logo that I carved for the Seattle Lomo Adventure Club. I used white mastercarve material and a linoleum cutter.

    shared by zonderbar on 2013-01-24

I'm really satisfied with the result and can say that ck_berlin was a brilliant mentor. Unfortunately the 35mm adaptor was still in the Lubitel and I didn't know that. Now my whole film is scratched through this. Kind of sad but I see it as part of my experimental light paintings :D.

    A Lot of Beautiful Light

Some people hate it, while some people don't. The measure of light in a Lomograph when it is too much might be a mistake but worry not for it can also be really beautiful!

  • Exposing Both Sides of the Film

    shared by hodachrome on 2012-06-20

First trial of EBS. Shot on correct side first in a sunny/bright day, at ISO400(ISO800 film inside). Below half was masked with a splitzer. After finished a roll, reverse the film (in a dark-room). Then start shooting on redscale side in a cloudy/rainy day, at ISO200. Upper half was masked with a splitzer. The order of each location is precisely the same as 1st shots. I took notes in details about locations and shot all places with iPhone, to remember locations. It's tough challenge because I had to wait for the best weather for each shots, and had to be careful with 'gaps' between frames. This is not bad result but I found some mistakes. Have a look at my article about this technique: http://www.lomography.com/magazine/tipster/2013/01/14/tipster-how-to-take-symmetrical-images-with-exposing-both-sides-of-the-film-ebs

    shared by bloomchen on 2012-11-20

unfortunately the conditions (light) were really bad so the shots didn´t turn out that well. and i made a few mistakes while shooting. need to get to know the camera better: mainly framing! anyway my first impression is very good. AND: THIS CAMERA IS AN EYE-CATCHER! i had it around my neck while strolling and everyone was looking at the camera. got asked about it two times while walking around.
