Some camera's can't do doubles. Or you want to shoot an 120 roll and send it to a friend to doubles. In both cases the roll has to be rewound. I made a very educational video for dummies. As usual you have to watch lots of nonsense to actually hear the essentials.
It all started with Tomkiddo, we agreed to do doubles and he asked whether I could rewind 120 film, if I could, he would send me a 120 roll. So I answered that I had tried it a couple times (yes two times) and that it went wrong. So I made an instructional video for him on how I do it. While I did the very sloppy video I closed my eyes and I did everything without opening my eyes. I wondered why I can’t do it in the dark. Well it’s a matter of confidence in oneself. I am pretty good with 135 film in the dark… so I decided to give it another try and I reversed a 120 slide film into a redscale slide film. Which I underexposed. Hey, every film is different when redscaled and crossed !
So here is the video. Yes you have to bear a ot of nonsense again.
