Walgreens vs. Costco?

Is Walgreens better at developing than Costco? A totally dumb question by me.

For my last rolls of film, I used Walgreens to get my rolls developed rather than Costco after some scanning mishaps. Once I got the film back, I noticed a big difference between the rolls that were developed at different locations. Costco had very detailed and a bit more saturated colors and they looked very nice, but they did scan inbetween frames with some of them. Walgreens had almost muddy colors and a blueish tint to brighter exposures, which actually gives a really interesting look. Overall, I feel like Costco has higher quality prints and scans, while Walgreens has lower quality but unique colors and results. I just thought that was pretty interesting.
