The scanning mask of my negative scanner can't scan 35mm negatives with sprockets, so I decided to buy the 35mm Digitaliza and I'm endlessly happy with it. It's such a big negative scanning relief!

Oh München - Du Stadt voller B-Promis, Fußballmannschaften und Schickeria-Angehörigen, du hast es mir zu Anfang meines Studentenlebens hier nicht leicht gemacht. As I started taking pictures with my first lomography camera, the Diana F+, one year ago, I didn't realise at first that it can be quite expensive to get medium format film and to let a photolab develop it. So this is what I did in the course of a long lomographic year in order to reduce my film development costs.

Café Gartensalon is probably one of the most wonderful and most colourful cafés in Munich at the moment. If you have some spare time, you should definitely go and try the home-made cakes there!

The region of Liguria is probably one of the most beautiful regions in Italy. Combined with the fact that the French border (and the Côte d'Azur) is really close, Liguria, with its clean waters, friendly people, and gorgeous pizza places is a beautiful place to spend holidays at. Lingueglietta, voted as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, is a typical Ligurian village, well-hidden in the Ligurian Hills which smells of rosemary and olive trees.

I spent half a year in Avignon in Southern France in order to go to university there. I did quite a lot during this time and I'd love to show you my Avignon tips in this article. If you ever happen to be in the region of Provence and have some spare time, Avignon is definitely worth a day trip.

An old dream of my sister and I was that we'd go surfing one day. So we finally did it and travelled to Mimizan Plage in France to get surfing lessons there. I am completely addicted to surfing now and will definitely go surfing again this summer.
