My name is Devan Mickell Council, and I am photographer living and working in New York City. I received my B.A. from Vanderbilt University and am currently working on my J.D. at Brooklyn Law School. I… nerd out on philosophy and musicology, and love writing, shooting photography, and riding bikes. I'm hopelessly in love, addicted to caffeine, dependent on music, and obsessed with grammar.
