*Update!*A Fantastic Find!

One day as me and one of my friends were perusing a local thrift store for cameras (I got him addicted to shopping around) we looked in their “boutique” area, where they keep the higher end items. Looking at the cameras they were in pretty much perfect condition, but all were either SLRS or cameras that took strange film/ batteries (there were a few advantix there as well, but they didn’t seem to work sadly). So we took to looking at the shelves where the cheaper and usually more plasticy cameras are, come to our surprise there were a lot of good finds! My friend got an Olympus Stylus camera which is his new baby, as well as a Bell and Howell Point and shoot.

I found 2 Cameras as well, the first one and the less famous of the two is a Canon BF-10 Point and shoot, this beauty cost me around $3.61 and is equipped with a 26mm GLASS LENS! Sadly i have not finished my roll through this camera, but once I do I plan to do a full article on this camera.

And the one that made me utter a Man-Squeak-The gorgeous, wondrous, wide-angle beauty-the Vivitar Ultra Wide and Slim, Thats right folks, I found-in mint condition, what many Lomographers regard as one of their “bucket list” cameras-what more i got it for cheaper than the canon, at around $1.91! I have shot a roll through this one however, the gallery of which is located below.

And i will soon be doing an article detailing what makes these two cameras: the Canon BF-10, and the Vivitar Ultra Wide and Slim, Great for Lomographic purposes and a “face off” of sorts showcasing what these two Wide angle’d cameras can do head-to-head

Thanks for reading-and keep an eye out for the face-off article coming soon!
Update Just sent my roll to get developed, should have it late this week or early next week :D
