We had a wonderful time at Fairchild tropical gardens here in So-Flo. It rained terrible for a few minutes while I bought tickets to get in and from the photos you couldn't tell it sprinkled on and off while we were there. Also @katiealexjackson was chanced by a gaint soft shelled turtle who came out of the middle of the lake and onto the land to get her.
