Now that I finally have a scanner (an Epson Perfection V600), I decided to re-scan an album from July 2012 that the lab did such a horrible job on, which resulted in the purple monstrosities here: http://bit.ly/VHkFTr See the difference...? My new scans are straight from the scanner, with all possible adjustments in the scanner software switched off, and no post-processing was done, except for a bit of rotate & crop on a few 'cos I didn't align the negatives perfectly on the scanner glass. I think I'm gonna like this machine...! ;-)
