Most venues will have a huge in caps policy for "NO FLASH PHOTOGRAPHY" but when the only lights you have are on stage or just a light bulb in a basement or coffee shop, how do you capture a good exposure? These are the tips and tricks for shooting great photos with little to no light and no flash.

We went on holiday in September on Bornholm. I used my old Seagull here, as my favorite camera, the Seagull 4A, unfortunately broke shortly before the holiday. In the old Seagull but the film transport in the middle part does not seem to work properly.

I was surprised to see how unpredictable Velvia is. This has got to be one of my favorite albums. Money well spent on this awesome roll; 39 shots in one roll, amazing. Film: Expired Fuji Velvia 100 bought from the Lomography Online Store
It was a saturday after a week of hard work and I was craving for some shutter clicks. In the evening finally the sun came out and I went to the Thyssen Krupp building once again, just because I couldn't think of another place to go and take pictures. After that we finished the roll at home in a spontaneous session of lightpainting. Felt much better afterwards ;-))
No, no really. One doesn't just "forget" a roll of perfectly processed Velvia. It was left waiting since I did not have a scanner.

So excited about this swap with the talented Luba! We really wanted to overlay cyrillic with english and the like. Also, first time using my new Krab! Very happy with the results!
First attempt at some double exposures on my Mamiya TLR. Shot with a tripod and cable release on Fuji Velvia 50 iso, with the camera set to 25. Most of the images were overexposed, so I threw away the color channels and scanned the infrared channel instead. Keeping the images black and white was the only way to retain an acceptable level of detail. Fingers crossed for better results next time.
