Looking back... I've been hooked on Lomography for more than a year now. It started back in 2010, and now at the crossroads between 2011 and 2012... Let's take a look back at my 2011 in analogue.

If you're someone who likes slightly stronger colors without unnatural color shifts, prefers some saturation in your photos and wants higher speed slide films...The Fuji Sensia 400 is your answer!
-
Fuji Natura Classica -- it's a handy little camera, fairly lightweight and easily stows away in a small bag or a big pocket. It's really quiet, and stealthy, great for street photography! And its ability to shoot indoors and in lowlight is what attracted me at first.

ISO 400 is relatively fast (for most lighting conditions) and it's versatile for use without worrying too much about all the grains. Armed with 2 rolls of the Lomography Color Negative 400 films, I embarked on an exploration walk with my friends to the last Kampung (village) on mainland Singapore.

A gentleman is one who is a solid pillar of strength, but never overbearing, and not doesn't fuss. The Lubitel 166B is built very solidly, but it's not too heavy to carry around. It's simply a head-turner with pure class and style! Definitely one beau you wanna be seen with!

Wanna grab something small, light and fun to use? Get a Colorsplash Camera!

Yes yes, we've all heard the part about using your tripod when you wanna use your camera's bulb mode. But yes, I was lazy. And, it was an impromptu roll I ran through my Diana F+ while I was bored waiting for a friend to be done and go for dinner.

It was just 2 months ago when I discovered analogue photography with my own eyes (and heart). I've always wanted to capture moments that inspire me, to keep, and to share with family, friends and even random strangers.

Versatile, smooth and powerful, sometimes this is all we need...

Chinese New Year – often called Chinese Lunar New Year – is the most important of the traditional Chinese holidays. It's also called the "Spring Festival" (春节).

As Lomographers, we are adventurous and fun-loving (yeah!) and being part of this global community has its perks! We get to do Doubles with people from around the world!!
-
Great food, live music from talented local musicians, what more can you really ask for? Situated right in the heart of the city, and yet it's quietly tucked away from the hustle and bustle, it is a great place to hang out after work with a group of your favorite people and just enjoy the food and live music.
-
I am not someone who fits into your typical stereotype. But, I fell in love all the same... With the amazing Diana.
-
Realized your roll of Kodak Elitechrome EB is expired?? No worries! It still delivers good shots!
-
You might have heard his name before. Anthony Neely is the American-Taiwanese new singing sensation! And recently, he hit the shores of Singapore. One of the local magazine did a feature with him, and the cool ANALOGUE PHOTOGRAPHY gears and shops in town!
-
On this sunny island of Singapore, we are modern and forward. Skyscrapers, high-rise apartments, and multi-storey shopping malls are the norm. Sometimes, you just have to take a step back from this hectic pace of life and enjoy the simpler things.

Sparkling blue water set against a picturesque mountain backdrop, Sun Moon Lake is the largest lake in Taiwan and a traditional spot for newlywed couples to take their honeymoon. It has also been a center of aboriginal life for thousands of years, with aboriginal people involved in its tourism industry since the 1930s.

Rule #8 : You don't have to know beforehand what you captured on film.
Yes, that's right. With the Diana+ Splitzer, you can have more fun doing what you love!
-
If you ask any Singaporean, the most likely response you will get is "Singapore is too small, too boring. There isn't anywhere to go anymore!" I used to think so too until I decided to look at the small things through my analogue cameras and rediscover some of the things just "hiding" from plain sight.

Malaysia is (quite literally) a stone's throw away from Singapore. Singapore is a small island in Southeast Asia and sometimes it can get a bit boring. When it does (and one lacks the thick, padded wallet for a luxurious trip overseas), we can count on our trusty neighbour, Malaysia!
