Just my photographic life this side of the year. Some E6 processing and blurred slides.....
well, it’s been awhile. Amongst other things I have got back into drawing and swaping ATC’s or Artist Trading Cards. So that has taken up a lot of my free time.
My exhibition went well, and I actually sold one large print for £54 the photo below shos my exhibition board, the one I sold was the top left print. All the photos are hand printed, archival
C-types which I produced myself in the photochats london darkrooms.
But my most recent photographic exploit is processing Colour reversal or Slide film in E6 chemistry for the first time. I got a small kit for 12 films last christmas as a present, but had not got around to using it until now. Its a reasonably simple process, very similar to CN developing, just a bit more temp precise and in need of constant agitation.
.The results came out well in terms of developing, though every photo is blured….. My Diana and I have an up and down relationship, the downs are mostly to do with me forgetting to do stuff, like focusing! Part of my problem stems from not liking random people in my shots, so I have to snap them quickly, which can lead to me not checking the settings… DOH!
I still have another slide film and a couple of CN films to process from the summer. I haven’t taken any this autumn at all! bad me…… Ill post up some other photos when I have the time to process them.
