strange...the buildings look like in a bw-shot, but there's this blue sky coming through....

I can't remember... when i was scanning it i think the bottom was very underexposed so i de-saturated it but the sky was over saturated so it kept some colour. Cross-processed and very underexposed can be a bitch!
