Olympus Trip 35 and Coloursplash Flash

Do they play nicely together?

Any of you guys with an Olympus Trip 35, have you tried it with a coloursplash flash successfully, and if so, what f-stop do you set it to when you do?

Sorry, i don´t have a colorplash... And, in fact, i never tried any flash on the Trip... lol
But as its shoe is a standart one, i think it will work properly, and the f-stop will have to discover!

I think it would! I never tried with an olympus trip but with my Holga, many times. I've used a normal flash on the olympus trip with 400iso black and white film, with the apeture set f11, or smaller. Also keep in mind the colour of the flashes, red and blue tend to make your photos darker, yellow and light green are more colorful.

@street_smile that sounds like excellent advice, I'll try the f11 thing first with a test roll. Also very wise insight on the colours. I hadn't thought of that. Of course film (b&w espesh) are more/less sensitive to different frequencies of light!
