There are many things to be thankful for this time of year, but I want to touch on a few. 'Tis the Season after all. lol
Since it is almost Thanksgiving, I wanted to come up with some things that I am thankful for and I want to know some of the things that you all are thankful for too. :)
Leaves changing- As Lomographers, we all love when the leaves change into the gorgeous colors reds, yellows, oranges and purples of the fall. Working in the small town of Massillon, I get to drive through the fall foliage everyday and it does my heart good to all the pretty colors.
My friends and family- It is all too easy to take friends and family for granted and I think that this time of year is the best time to re-kindle and strengthen your relationships with those you love most. And maybe take this time of caring as a chance to reach out to others.
Vacations- I can;t get too deep and touching in this blog, still gotta have some fun. And this is the perfect time for vacations, a time when you can just put the world and all your troubles aside. Whether it is half-way crossed the world or right down the street, we all need to decompress sometimes.
Lomography- It might seem contrived but I am really thankful that I am able to express myself through photographs and through my writings. And Lomography and the lomographic community has given this mild-mannered Librarian a voice and an outlet.
Darn, I just got deep and feelings-y again. lol
Anyways, now it’s your turn. What are some of the things that you are thankful for during this time or any time during the year?
Thanks all, and as always,
