  For the first time in Italy, Palazzo Roverella is hosting a major monographic exhibition celebrating the work of acclaimed New York photographer Rodney Smith (1947-2016). The exhibition introduces the Italian public to a major figure in photography, known for his unmistakable aesthetic: a refined combination of classic elegance, rigorous composition, and elegant, surreal irony, which has drawn comparisons with the works of painter René Magritte.

  Julija Svetlova, also known as neja, will present her exhibition Soaked in Daydreams at Collected Fictions in St Leonards-on-Sea this autumn. The exhibition showcases a series of dreamlike, experimental film photographs that blur the line between memory and imagination, inviting viewers to step into a world where the everyday is transformed into something surreal and cinematic.

  Join us and see the latest work of a wide range of photographers. These events are designed to provide a platform for lesser-known but incredibly talented artists who may not typically have the opportunity to share their work with the wider public. James from @zoneimagingltd will be on hand with some Pyro 510 for the black and white film development workshop, so bring a roll of exposed black and white film to process. Bring a handful of small prints to swap or an old zine to exchange with others. Have your portrait taken at our medium-format photobooth. We have also managed to book two DJs for the evening. We are very grateful for the generous support of @21studio_photolab for helping us produce beautiful prints.

Your films will be processed at Photofusion.
