The item I purchased has stopped working! Does this item have warranty? (USA/Canada)
Beyond our 14-day return period, Lomography USA also provides a limited warranty to ensure that our products are free of defects.
All cameras and accessories have a warranty of one year (with proof of purchase) against manufacturer defects, except the LOMO LC-A+, Diana F+, and Horizon cameras, which have a warranty of two years. These warranties do not cover accidental damage or loss, and are not valid if purchased from an unauthorized reseller.
If you experience an issue with a camera that is still under warranty, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com for a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item. You will be responsible for all handling and shipping costs of the return.
