The item I purchased has stopped working! Does this item have warranty? (USA/Canada)

Beyond our 14-day return period, Lomography USA also provides a limited warranty to ensure that our products are free of defects.

All Lomography cameras and accessories have a warranty of two years (with proof of purchase) against manufacturer defects. These warranties do not cover accidental damage or loss, and are not valid if purchased from an unauthorized reseller. All refurbished items have a warranty of six months.

If you experience an issue with a camera that is still under warranty, please contact customerserviceusa@lomography.com for a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item. You will be responsible for all handling and shipping costs of the return.
