Does Lomography have a Return Policy? (USA/Canada)

If you are in any way unsatisfied with your new Lomographic products, you can return them for a full refund within 14 days of your receipt of the product. Please contact Customer Service for a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your items. Should any items or their packaging be returned incomplete or damaged, a standard 15% repackaging and refurbishing fee will be deducted from your refund. You will be responsible for all handling and shipping costs of the return.

If we shipped you an incorrect item:
All shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but in the event that an error is made, we will be happy to correct it at no additional shipping cost to you. Please contact Customer Service for a return shipping label and instructions on how to go about returning the mis-shipped item.

For Damaged Goods:
If an item arrives damaged, immediately contact us for instructions on how to proceed with an exchange or replacement.

Exchanges:
Beyond our 14-day return period, Lomography USA also provides a limited warranty to ensure that our products are free of defects.

All cameras have a warranty of one year (with proof of purchase) against manufacturer defects, except the LC-A+, Diana+, and Horizon cameras, which have a warranty of two years. These warranties do not cover accidental damage or loss, and are not valid if purchased from an unauthorized reseller. If you experience an issue with a camera that is still under warranty, please contact Customer Service for a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item. You will be responsible for all handling and shipping costs of the return.
