The item I purchased is defective! Does this item have warranty? (Europe/International)
If you are sending back an item, just as the standard return, products under warranty should be sent back to Lomography with added instructions. The item should be back in its original box with the invoice or receipt included. You must also Contact Us for a return authorization of your purchase. Lastly, you must send back the item by the carrier of your choice to the Lomographic office that handled your order. You are responsible for payment of the return shipping cost and Lomography.com will not reimburse return shipping charges on any item after 14 days from the day of purchase.
Beyond our 14-day return period, Lomography also provides a limited warranty to ensure that our products are free of defects. The warranty is as follows:
2 years on all cameras
1 year on all cameras
The rest of the world:
3 months on Russian refurbished cameras
1 year on the Lomography cameras
2 years on the Diana and LCA+ cameras
5 years on the Horizon cameras
If the camera is still under the warranty and we aren’t able to repair it, we will send you a replacement, therefore it is very important that you include that receipt along with the camera, your address, phone number and e-mail address.
