What happens to my goods? (Europe/International)

Upon receipt of your order, you will be sent an e-mail confirmation which lists the goods you have ordered and your method of payment.

Your order will be processed by the next business day. We will communicate any delays to you regarding inventory, fulfillment, or payment authorization problems.

Depending on where your order is shipped to, the following approximate delivery times will apply:

Orders shipped by GLS.
GLS is used in most European countries.
In the UK, GLS is operated by Parcelforce.
Lomography ships via DHL for Ireland, Spain, Sweden, Austria, Italy, Portugal, Hungary, Finland, the Baltic states, Norway, Greece, Romania, Bulgaria, and Cypress.

Payment by Credit Card: 2 – 10 business days
Payment via PayPal: Depends on your PayPal settings. For instance, e-cheque (bank account withdrawal) can take up to 14 days for the payment to be processed.
Payment by Cash on Delivery: 7 – 10 days
